Professional Tenancies

Reference, contract and administration charges are £120 including VAT. Additional tenants requiring a reference check will be £20 including VAT per person.

One reference will be required for every person aged 18 years or over, to be named on the tenancy agreement.

Reference, contract and administration charges for professional rentals will be as follows:

• Properties up to £999 pcm - £120 including VAT
• From £1000 to £1499 pcm - £170 including VAT
• From £1500 to £1999 pcm - £220 including VAT
